Great, I've updated the proposal to include this final missing piece
(anything else that is needed) ?

Baring any last minute additions/changes, I think we should submit
this proposal to Unicode as soon as possible (we've taken too long
to get it done :-) If you agree, I'll open a channel with Roozbeh
to see how we should proceed.
