I would understand time constraints (though I believe
that an hour isn't so hard to make available), but not
mood! If _you_ who is saying this, what about those
who are just members, not _core_!

I've seen you as a leader, and you've always been so.
I always read your messages of encourragement,
motivation and commitment, but this one wasn't so...
If we blame the others for less work, I guess we're to
be blamed first for not setting an example (and I'm
not execluding myself).

At this level of commitment, maybe Medini was right
