In fact, I've gone ahead and forwarded your email to
the folks at TTC.  I've asked them to send me as
detailed a response as possible to your request.  Hope
that's OK.  

Thomas, do you want to get in touch w/Stephanie or
Marek at TTC to coordinate registering Arabeyes as a
non-profit, if the group decides to explore this
option? I'm happy to email you their coordinates if
you are.
