Its not a mutt issue - simply put you need to use something that would
properly handle Arabic. This something is not the mail reader itself
since that mail reader (namely mutt) is running on a terminal emulator
(ie. xterm or similar) - so having Arabic support in the terminal
emulator will get you what you want. This all leads us to 'mlterm'.
In short, get all your issues taken care of with mlterm and then simply
use mutt in it and all should be fine.
