New list (bugs)

Salam,

There are times when a bug report is filed and things happen while no
one knows about it on the lists. Some people (like me) like to know
about every little bug report filed.

So I created the Bugs list [1] which is also archived [2]. It is of
course a moderated list, so no postings there please.
