Salam,
I've managed to build RC1 with the Xft font smoothing (anti-aliased) feature and the arabic Mozilla patch. Finally :) good looking arabic web pages on Linux :)
You will find RPM packages and some nice screenshots.

Don't forget to read the instructions at the bottom of that page to get the arabic true types working.
