Ok, I see what you meant. It is not completely unreasonable as a fallback solution,
but that would greatly limit its portability.

Miikka, way to go;) Please correct any info based on the comments you have had if
there's anything you think should be changed or clarified in your proposal after
this (speaking only for myself, I have nothing to add to what has already been
said). I don't think it would be unreasonable if backed (and adopted?) by Arabeyes
in order to lobby the Unicode folks for its integration. Stay tuned.
