Salam Mohammed Gamal,

I believe a checking account will do fine to send money with paypal.  That's what I use.  I don't know how many people in the middle east have credit cards but I would imagine that you have to be of some age to acquire one.  Maybe some of the other members could comment about how common checking accounts or credit cards are in their part of the world.
