Notes taken Roozbeh. As I mentionned anyway, some testing need to be done in
order to have a more accurate idea about the needs and be able to provide a
formal spec of the ICU algorithm.
As for reimplementing it in fribidi, I guess that one simply could take the
code in ICU concerning inverse bidi and adapt it in fribidi, since the
licenses are compatible.
