[doc] Wiki and emails

Please could wiki admins check that all the users have their email in
their preferences? Without them, it makes it impossible to send them
passwords when they get lost. If you need a correspondance with the
website database, just get in touch with me and we'll modify it.

Now I have to check individually with persons to send them new passwords
instead of having a clickable button :-(
