إذا كانت الغاية عرض جميع الحروف بترتيبها النحوي
فالشائع ترتيبها كما في بيت الشعر

أبجد هوّز حطّي كَلَمُن صعفس قُرِشت سَخَذٌ ضظغٌ

وهناك ثلاثة أبيات للخليل بن أحمد تعرض الترتيب الذي اعتمده في معجمه العين والذي يعتمد ترتيب مخارج الحروف
لا أحفظها
