Have a look at the file :)
For example, on numbering, second level English uses A, B, C ...Z
Arabic should use the arabic letters.
I don't think it is much of an issue at the moments as there are no
docs in arabic, so the doc utility is not strictly needed in arabic. I
believe there are more important files to take care of ASAP, a
question of priority...
