I am talking about very simple bugs, specially those related to r-t-l,
unicode, fonts ... Just have a look at the openbugs page. Generally, open
source developers like to have some help when reporting a bug. For example,
sending a little patch to fix firefox rtl problems might make them work with
you.
Actually, those who don't know how to program must learn it, in parallel with
the translating po files.
