For Gmail users, go to Settings > General, and check "Use Unicode
(UTF-8) encoding for outgoing messages".
And I absolutely hate Hotmail, it doesn't handle Arabic in UTF-8, so I
frequently get replies from Hotmail users saying they couldn't read my
Arabic email :/
