Re: WinSCP translation again

I read in WinSCP forum that the development tool (C++ Builder 6) used by the application author does not allow UTF-8 GUI..

I am already in contact with the application author who is the site admin at the same time (Mr. Martin Prikryl)...I can contact him to know more about this issue if you wish..

Keep in mind that the UTF-8 support noted and the localization are
two completely different beasts. WinSCP can be localized today
irrespective of which encoding is used. What concerns us, linux
users, is the ability to see/use Arabic filenames properly via
WinSCP and for that you need UTF-8 support _within_ the application.
