Ahmed, a couple of things to note.

 1. Please use your realname on your mail headers (instead of rAv3n)
 2. Read the following links/docs [1] and follow the procedures noted within
 3. Never ever post HTML (plain text is best)
 4. If you post in Arabic never ever use CP-1256 (ie. Windows-1256) and
    instead use UTF-8
