Strange. What book is that ? :-) I guess you/we should signal that to the
author(s) of that book if there's a possibility to contact him/them.
The English word 'Algorithm' comes from a transformation of the name of Al
Khawarizmi. The word 'Logarithm' is a newer word and I don't think it has
anything to do with the first one. So I'm very confused of this translation.
