I am not aware of any 'rebuild' of 'new' packages. Like they say on their 
schedule page, between Apr 27th (translation build freeze) and May 7th 
(Absolute devel freeze), only critical bugs are fixed. and they obviously did 
not consider adding Arabic translation as a critical bug ;-)
