You knowing it is one thing, you telling everyone else on your team and
on your project page is another and you using that info to put forth a
complete and comprehensive schedule is yet another (again, I'm NOT picking
on you or anyone else - I'm just milking this thread to make a very serious
point :-). I think it would be best to incorporate all the data you have
on all the deadlines to put forth a comprehensive schedule outlining these
milestones so that all team members (and the public at large) are well aware
of what to expect and when.
If this is a foreign concept to some, look at any 'project management'
or 'schedule creation' tools to see what I mean. It would be nice to
have Gantt charts, but those I think are a bit away for most of us - the
thinking behind deadlines and how to meet them and how to plan for them
and publicize them is what everyone should be shooting for.
