No, it's not :-) but It's not about making 100% of the strings by then, but 
simply include the current translation (which is totally functional now, 70%) 
into FC2.

PS: Since there have been 35% done in the past week, I think it's realistic to 
attain 95% or thereabouts before May 7th ;)
