Sorry about the delay. School work has been a bit heavy the last couple 
of days.

So you are interested in helping out with OpenOffice localization. To 
help you do the translation I suggest you read the translators guide 
line at:

Once you are ready, just send doc at arabeyes dot org an email and I will
