QAC more then urgent

Salam all,

Even if I'll not any real work for some time, I want to urge you to
reanimate the QAC. We have a flow of new ppl. Well some stop some new
come but all in all I am not wrong we have three new and one pending,
and maybe we'll get more with the idea I discussed with Nadima, and the
arabic translator hopefully helping us etc...
So let us reanimate the QAC, I suppose it is indeed something very
important for all of us.
