Hmm, what about:
زمن (وقت ؟) المحيط الهادي
زمن (وقت ؟) المحيط الهادي المعياري (المقياسي ؟)
You can also leave them empty for now.

Yeah, copy them as is for now (you can also translate _and_ keep the Latin 
acronym between brackets).
