OK, so what I'm hearing is we should release a 0.7 ASAP
(btw: the project's blurbs need to be updated to note the
previous 0.6 release :-) and then put the release schedule
based on the completion of multi's on a per letter basis
(ie. when _B multi's are completed we'll release 0.7.1, etc)

Noted. Given Ossama's OK with all of this, we'll institute the
"minor release anytime multi's are done on a per file basis". Once
all the multi's are done we'll release a 0.8 meanwhile the bleeding
of NEW files will continue (hopefully) by whomever is looking for
a challenge (ie. in the background).
