Mohammed, I think you have a problem on your end.  The emails are
coming across fine (except for the title which seems to go nuts
so I recommend we stick to latin/english subject titles on emails).

Mohammed, I highly recommend you ask someone to sent you a serious
of Arabic UTF-8 emails so you can debug your mailer/issues offline.

PS: I know this might be a pain to correct, but isn't that one of
    the reasons we're all helping Arabeyes (to bring Arabic support
    to where it wasn't before) ? :-)
