Arafat, I again suggest you look without any preconceived notions at
the common_terms file and research all Gnome file for correct encoding.
As noted the 'gimp-libgimp.po' was/is encoded as CP-1256 for instance,
I'm sure there are others that require 'iconv' to be run on 'em. I highly
suggest you look over all files instead of simply ignoring this and/or
turning a blind eye to it (these files might not be ones you've worked
on, but all files under the Gnome tree are your responsibility).
