I assure you it has nothing to do with the font. This is the first time
I ever hear about this. Fonts contain glyphs that are drawn on your
screen.. where they are displayed and in what direction is not something
the font concerns itself with.

No, the font is rather irrelevant. At least, when it comes to direction
of text.
