First of all, I would like to say, I am very glad to have sped up your
CVS access process. My hunch was right (usually it requires a
demonstration of work to be granted access). Secondly, you bring up some
very important issues that I will not discuss specifically (since I'm
not working on translations).
However, the issues you mention are why the QAC (Quality Assurance
Committee) has been formed. You may want to join the committee and
participate with your thoughts and ideas (and of course, actions!).
