The debian-i18n is a good place to start with. Quite low traffic but
this is defiitely the place where general topics about i18n and l10n
in Debian are discussed.
I try having all Debin Installer translators subscribed to it,
yes. This would save me the giant crossposts when trying to reach them.

I'll do my best if I find some time (I'm currently out of Internet
connection during the day, so I can't reach my home server by SSH
which does not eases my Debian work).
