Odd, what you sent didn't look like it had any harakat (I just checked
the mailing-list archives) - it might have simply been the browser playing
tricks and my cut-n-paste from firefox didn't include 'em (I guess there
is virtue in always sending a compressed file instead of having the various
browsers muck with the text files :-)

Not really, I simply didn't have 'em in my cut-n-paste result to begin
with and I thought that was on purpose due to all the recent talk about
needing to ignore harakat in 'D-I'/slang.
Again, sorry if I created any extra work.
