Well, personally I suggest you get familiar with the process by having a look
at: http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gtp/status/gnome-2.2/ar/index.html

Folloow the links.. The PO template files are available from that website.
In other words, any kinds of merging would be done based on the files
available on the above URL. The process will involve grabbing the available
POT's, merging them with the ones on Arabeyes' CVS and then committing them.
It's really not _that_ complicated.

If Isam is too busy to do this in two days from now, I suggest you start
the process yourself. This is _Extremely_ urgent and I would like to see
it done ASAP. I am sure you feel the same way.
