I remember Isam reported this earlier, but I just can't find the bug
report.
Anyway, I found this only

(of RedHat) but not sure if it related to it.
Anyway, I think you better post a bug report, because you use GNOME much
more than me and you can provide a better report.
I tried to fill it in but not sure if Kashida is the English word for
7arakat.
Also, the Tashkeel letters take a separate letter block, so not sure if
this means the words are actually broken or just not properly displayed
according to Arabic.
