Re: fonts in RH8.0 any help ?



You need to install true type fonts and change the fonts in KDE Control Center to something like Times New Roman.

You can install ttf in redhat 8.0 as easy as just copying them to ~/.fonts (to be a user specific) or for local system-wide use into the /usr/share/fonts/.

Redhat 8.0 uses Xft2 so you don't need to do rehash and those silly stuffs. :)
