when that Developer adds a new string to the pot .. AUTOMATICLY it will be
added to PO file in the Arabeyes CVS when we Sync up with the main files ..
meaning that the script that we use ( which was created by Nadim) checks for
the PO file first .. if it is not found then it looks for the POT .. so it is
always the PO file that is updated even if there is a POT file with the same
name ..
