أعتقد أن مشكلتك تكمن في عدم اختيار
الترميز عند فتح ملف
في kate-kwrite-kedit عند فتح ملف تجد في الزاوية
العلوية خيار تحديد الترميز الذي ستفتح به,
لذلك اذا حفظته في هيئة utf8 فيجب فتحه بنفس
الهيئة وكذلك ل iso8859-6 و cp1256 :-)
وبامكانك استخدام محررات عربية مثل كتوب
او أبجد ;-)
