You have to:
1. have KDE3 to add arabic keymap.
2. Open "KDE Control Center = kcontrol".
3. Go to Peripherals->Keyboard.
4. check "Enable Keyboard Layout".
5. Select Arabic from the Additional Layouts list.
6. Press "OK".

Note!: You can change between the arabic english
layouts by pressing Alt+Ctrl+k or by clicking the
keyboad icon in the system try.
