where to start with KDE 3.0

Salam everyone,

I'm a novice user of Linux, and just installed RH 7.3 a few weeks ago; but still don't know how to go with arabizing KDE. Many of the news i saw about KDE 3.0 was raving about its new arabic support. Still i dont know where to start.

Arabeyes site didn't have much guidance to the novice user, to my disappointment.
