KDE priorities

OK, I think its settled (its been a day and there seems to
be a consensus on how to proceed regarding KDE-translation).

Waseem's plan will be followed; so the priorities are,

  1-Root dir    (DONE :-)
  2-kdebase/	(DONE :-)
  3-kdeaddons/	(DONE :-)
  4-kdeutils/	(should take a week or so)
  5-kmail file	(a necessary file)
  6-koffice/	(the most important thing)
  7-kdenetwork/	(if we still are able to breathe)

    others directories will be decided upon later.

There you have it; thanks again to all for the rapid progress
and keep up the great work - don't disappear on us again.
