Moved to General (was: promotion for linux in arabia (preliminary thoughts))



Salam..
Please Allow me to move the discussion to the General List of Arabeyes.. I 
guess that translators and developers should be members there already.. This 
discussion need to involve all those are interested in Arabeyes, and not all 
of them are in the doc list .. allow me Arafat.. I will reply there ..
