did Mohammed Elzubeir give you a User name and password?
if so..
check this DOC from Isam it's very good HOWTO:

NOTE: use UTF-8 Encoding in your browser..

but you need to change small things
like the doc says:
anoncvs at arabeyes dot org:/home/CVS
for you you should put your user name ******** at arabeyes dot org:/home/CVS just
replace the stars with you user name
and when you chose the CVS directory I advise you to make it in C:\CVS
for me I had some problems putting it in D:\CVS so I changed it..
and when you connect it well ask you for your password so you can have write
ability to the CVS Repository..
put the pass word that you e-mailed to Mohammed Elzubeir
