#include <speex.h>
into
#include <speex/speex.h>

... on all files?

I've tried compiling libquran-0.3 on my (k)ubuntu 7.10 (./configure)
but this give me the following error:
configure: error: "libspeex header not found"
I'me sure that libspeex1 is installed (as well as libexpat,libogg and
even libspeex-dev) and the file speex.h is located in
/usr/include/speex/  but this command:
./configure --with-speex=/usr/include/speex
gives me the same error e.g. assert that speex.h is missed.
