You're right, there is no difference in the language. Still, there is a difference in the use of month names, Arabic or Gregorian and maybe some other things I don't know about.

I've a question what's the difference between Arabic Tunisia or Arabic Algeria, or Arabic Palastine or any other Arabic ? I think that Arabic is Arabic it's not necessary to have many Arabic isn't it ?
