I'm afraid of a situation where somebody provides a badly tampered quran text.
Unfortunately we can't do anything about it, even if we use something
like pgp signed text.
What we can do is to state that the recommended quran text is the one
from arabeyes. And this is how we force it through the library
(although somebody can also alter the libquran source code to use
other than arabeyes.org package).
