yes i have checked with ayaspell , in fact kebdani himself offered help with the lingual part of the project , i am now just deciding weather to implement it as rules under languagetool  , or develop the whole project in python separately , any advice?

If you start the scratch, the overhead will be big and may (must?) take more time and effort than doing it using an existing framework. so, if using the framework isn't limiting to what you intend to do and its easy for you to work with, then it is the way to go, otherwise, you will have to start from the scratch.
