Licensing status

Salaam,

Do you have any idea about licensing status of the three translations
here (Yusuf Ali, Shakir, and Pickthall):

Gutenberg states:
Not copyrighted in the United States. If you live elsewhere check the
laws of your country before downloading this ebook.

Here it is stated that, these are not in public domain:
http://www.usc.edu/dept/MSA/quran/qmtintro.html

However someone on wikisource
(http://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Talk:The_Holy_Qur'an#Copyright) argued
that all these translations are now in public domain.

Any idea about licensing of these translations?
