namazTime imported into arabeyes cvs

alsalam 3alaikum all -
might be a little bit late but i've finally gotten around to adding
namazTime into cvs.  i have a todo list there (per discussion on this
list a while back and per mohammed sameer and others' suggestions), so
that's still there.

top on the priority these days is adding athan support.  yes, minbar
does it already but hey, many projects that do the same thing is not
necessarily a bad thing :p

on the note of itl - i am using the php itl port done by omar on this
site (http://labs.islamicnetwork.com/ptimes) and al7amdulillah it seems
to be working really well.
