pb in installation of orbit

When I am installing (the first step ./configure)
Orbit it appear this message:

So, for PKG_CONFIG_PATH
[root at localhost bicon-0.2.0]# find / -name
'glib-2.0.pc'
/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig/glib-2.0.pc
/usr/lib/pkgconfig/glib-2.0.pc

the same thing for gobject-2.0, gmodule-2.0
and 

[root at localhost SWIG1.1p5]# echo $PKG_CONFIG_PATH
:/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig/:/usr/lib/pkgconfig/:/usr/lib/
You have new mail in /var/spool/mail/root
[root at localhost SWIG1.1p5]#               

but about libIDL, I have install
libIDL-0.8.5-2.src.rpm. So, 

[root at localhost SWIG1.1p5]# rpm -qa libIDL
libIDL-0.8.4-1
[root at localhost SWIG1.1p5]#  

can one help me..
