ITL Questions for Version 0.6.1

I Was reading the past few messages

Is version 0.6.1 released?

I did not see it on the web page.

If not, does the latest code on CVS fix the 'Asr prayer time bug, that 
was mentioned a bit ago?

Second Question.
Does anyone have any experience building a full fledged application on 
the ITL, that would take care of time differences, etc. and what not and 
DST depedning on the countries, etc. basic logical stuff before actually 
using the itl library., I have some questions for you =)
