There should be a dependency list at a minimum. Whether you download it via some urpm command or an apt-get or whatever the specific distribution calls development library packages is irrelevant. I have added a small section in the README file and put fribidi as a dependency. I'm sure there are other dependencies. Which ones would we need to list?
