Wiki TODO list priorities

here is a list of the Wiki's Todo list. as i said a few months back
the list needs to be updated with new things and status of
current things, and some things should be removed...

also, it would be nice if we could organize the list according to
priority, how can that be done ? does it need to be voted on ??

1- Free Fonts
    - Kacst were unavailable AFAIK, so is it an obsolete item ?
2- Printing
    - its in action!! needs update/deletion ??
3- Terminal Emulators
    - Gnome-Terminal <-- needs work AFAIK.
    - XTERM <-- needs work AFAIK.
    - rxvt <-- ???
    - PuTTY <-- almost done! needs deletion.
    - mlterm <-- done AFAIK, needs deletion.
4- Terminal Libs
    - S-LANG <-- wasnt this taken by some1 somewhere ??
    - NCURSES <-- ????
5- FriBidi
    - isnt it done ? needs deletion.
6- ITL
    - ????
7- Quran Datafiles
    - shouldnt this be moved to the project's TODOs ???
8- Arabic Spell-Checker
    - ????
9- Emacs
    - i think a link needs to be added here
10- Evolution
    - ????
11- Abiword
    - isnt it done ?? needs deletion.
12- Akka
    - salam. :-) needs deletion.
13- Wine
    - AFAIK, there is a bug about BIDI.
14- QT
    - ????
15- Weird-X
    - is this project important ? very low priority IMO.
16- Latex2HTML
    - ????
17- WinSCP
    - ???? also very low priority IMO

please help fill in the '????' or update. also isnt there a
bug in glibc regarding arabic numerals (i.e 066X) ??
isnt it supposed to be added ??

btw, is this wiki for public update ? can anyone update it ??
